Arabica coffee beans stand out for their low bitterness and finer aromas than Robusta, which is why Arabica makes up our entire selection of 18 origins. Each terroir gives a different profile: altitude and climate shape the acidity and sweetness in the cup, from the roundest to the brightest. For a first order, it's best to start with a smooth, balanced coffee before trying bolder or fruitier profiles. The roast date printed on each bag remains the most reliable indicator of how fresh coffee beans are.
Buying coffee beans in Morocco from Ti Cafew means receiving 100% Arabica coffee roasted in small batches, delivered anywhere in Morocco, from Casablanca to Agadir. Whole beans are the ideal format for bean-to-cup coffee machines (De'Longhi, Krups, Philips…), which grind the coffee just before each cup, just like a grinder. It's also the best way to preserve all its aromas: ground coffee loses its fragrance within a few days, while beans keep it much longer.
