Why choose organic coffee?
Organic coffee respects the soil and the growers, with no compromise on taste: our organic coffees cover every profile, from the smoothest to the boldest.
Freshness and delivery in Morocco
Our coffees are craft-roasted in France, in small batches. We restock every two months, in small quantities, so we can deliver freshly roasted coffee to you. Our coffees come in 125 g and 250 g bags, as whole beans or ground for your coffee maker. Free delivery from 350 DH, cash on delivery anywhere in Morocco.
Which grind to order for your coffee maker
All ten coffees share the same set of options: two sizes (125 g, 250 g) and five grind options (whole bean, espresso machine, moka pot, filter coffee maker, French press). The grind is the variable that changes the result in the cup the most: an espresso grind, the finest in our range, extracted in 25 to 30 seconds, gives a dense coffee; the same origin in a French press grind, the coarsest, steeped for 4 minutes, comes out lighter and more aromatic. If you own a grinder, choose whole beans: ground coffee loses most of its volatile aromas within 10 to 15 days.
| Coffee | Profile | Intensity | Recommended grind |
|---|---|---|---|
| Ethiopian Mocha Sidamo ORGANIC | Floral, jasmine, apricot | Mild | Filter or French press |
| Colombia Excelso ORGANIC | Round, light, fruity | Medium | Filter, espresso |
| Mexico Altura ORGANIC | Milk chocolate, hazelnut | Medium | Moka pot, espresso |
| Sumatra Gayo Mountain ORGANIC | Bold, red berries | Strong | Espresso, moka pot |
| San Cristobal Galapagos ORGANIC | Citrus, rare grand cru | Mild | Filter or French press |
125 g or 250 g: how many cups per bag
A 250 g bag makes about 33 espressos at 7.5 g of ground coffee, or 20 to 25 filter cups at 10–12 g each. The 125 g size is for trying an origin before committing: it lasts about ten days for someone drinking two cups a day, which is roughly how long ground coffee stays at its best.
The practical rule is simple: order the amount you will drink within four to six weeks of opening. A regular drinker looking for Arabica in Casablanca is better off taking two 250 g bags of different origins rather than a large volume of a single one; Arabica in Marrakech for a moka pot shared by two keeps better in 125 g bags renewed often. Keep the bag closed, away from light and heat, and never in the fridge.
What is the best certified organic coffee to buy in Morocco?
Ti Cafew Maroc offers ten certified organic 100% Arabica coffees to buy in Morocco, all roasted in small batches. Ethiopian Mocha Sidamo ORGANIC is the most aromatic of the ten (jasmine, apricot), Sumatra Gayo Mountain ORGANIC the boldest, and San Cristobal Galapagos ORGANIC the rarest in the range. For a risk-free first order, Natural Blend ORGANIC offers the most crowd-pleasing profile: chocolate, fruit and flowers.
Where can I order certified organic coffee online with delivery in Morocco?
Certified organic coffee can be ordered online at ticafew.ma, where all 10 coffees come in 125 g or 250 g and in 5 grinds. Each product page shows the origin, cup profile and roast level before you buy, so you never have to pick a coffee in Morocco at random off a shelf. We restock every two months, in small quantities, to keep the time between roasting and shipping short.
Which certified organic coffee to choose on a reasonable budget without sacrificing quality?
Four of the ten organic coffees make up our entry-level range: Guatemala SHB ORGANIC, Mexico Altura ORGANIC, Honduras SHB Santa Barbara ORGANIC and Peru HB ORGANIC, all 100% Arabica like the other six. The price difference comes from the rarity of the origin, not the quality of the roast: Mexico Altura ORGANIC in 125 g remains the best entry point, with a chocolate-hazelnut profile that works just as well as espresso as in a moka pot.
